Dear resident,
On behalf of the Dali Street Estate Residents Association we’d officially like to welcome you to the Estate. We hope that you’ll soon see we’re the best place in Pretoria to live, work and play. We’re a tight knit community and we look forward to getting to know you.
One of the things we take very seriously here in Dali Street Estate is to ensure our security is top notch so that we can all enjoy a safe and crime free community.
Our security is our responsibility!
As you might have seen, Fidelity ADT is our preferred security provider who currently provides us with 2 x Guards on duty all day, all year round. Their primary function is to act as a visible deterrence, conduct regular patrols, observe and report on any suspicious activity in the area. The guards also have 24-hour Armed Response back-up should they need it.
The entrance to Dali Estate also has a CCTV system installed to aid in the community’s safety and help monitor who comes and goes.
We currently work on an individual participation based model – which means you personally sign up with Fidelity ADT in order to contribute to the Estate security.
